Terms of Service
Last updated: June 16, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the What Would Jesus Say app (“the App”), operated by Mobass LLC. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The Service
The App provides AI-generated, faith-based written reflections (“letters”) inspired by scripture, along with associated Bible verses, for personal encouragement. Letters are generated by artificial intelligence.
Not Professional, Medical, or Divine Advice
The App’s content consists of AI-written reflections inspired by scripture. It is not divine communication, prophecy, or revelation, and it is not professional, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or pastoral advice. Do not rely on the App for any such advice. Always seek qualified professionals for medical, mental health, legal, or financial concerns.
Not a Crisis Service
The App is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, contact emergency services (911 in the U.S.) or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988). The App may display such resources but does not provide crisis intervention, counseling, or emergency response.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to generate or distribute unlawful or harmful content.
Subscriptions
The App offers an optional auto-renewing subscription. A free trial may be offered; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at the stated price. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple account and renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple account settings. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.
Intellectual Property
The App, its design, and its content (excluding Bible text, which is quoted from the World English Bible, a public-domain translation) are owned by Mobass LLC. Letters generated for you are provided for your personal use.
Scripture quotations are taken from the World English Bible (WEB), which is in the public domain.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that content is accurate, complete, or suited to any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobass LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may modify these Terms or the App at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
